This equipment has been designed to optimize the dosage and application of nitrifying agents in hams and shoulders, guaranteeing a production of uniform quality. With a capacity of up to 600 pieces per hour and right to left operation, its dimensions of 3500x1100x1700 allow efficient integration into production lines.

The system ensures precise dosing of the nitrifying agent by means of photocells, which detect each piece on the conveyor belt. As the hams enter the drum, they are gently rotated thanks to the design of the blades, which allows uniform rubbing without bumps, guaranteeing a homogeneous distribution of the nitrifying agent over the entire surface of each piece. This continuous process minimizes time and labor, offering an efficient solution to obtain products of constant quality.
