Industries FAC at IFFA Frankfurt 2025: an edition marked by automation and efficiency

From May 3rd to 8th we participated in a new edition of IFFA Frankfurt, the leading international trade fair for the meat industry. An essential meeting point where we had the opportunity to present our customized technological solutions for each stage of the production process, reaffirming our commitment to the efficiency, sustainability and food safety.

At our stand, visitors were able to experience firsthand some of our most outstanding solutions for processing cured and fresh products:

• The new automated system for loading and unloading racks for pressing molds, presented together with our 3D rectangular format press, model PET-1R/1050, both of which generated great interest due to their ability to optimize final product performance, eliminate manual loading, and improve operator ergonomics and safety.

• We showed another of our P model presses with different formats, which illustrates the versatility and precision of our solutions for standardizing products and improving slicing performance.

• Our teams of boning machines that caught the attention of professionals interested in increasing performance and making the operator's work easier.

• We also exhibited a weighing and sorting module, key to ensuring batch homogeneity and maximizing profitability.

We showed the scope of our complete lines of salting and desalting, as well as other solutions such as planers, formers, scalders and butter applicators, which combine productive efficiency with sustainability and hygienic-sanitary safety.

In addition, we shared with the attendees a global vision of our capabilities: from the automation of key processes to the industrial hygiene systems, such as washing tunnels, rack wash cabinets, and hygiene stations, which ensure regulatory compliance and a safe production environment.

IFFA 2025 has been an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen business relationships and continue positioning ourselves as a trusted technology partner for the meat industry.
