Industries FAC, another year at the Croatian Ham Days

The past few days April 25 and 26, Industries FAC attended as sponsor at Croatian Ham Days (Dani hrvatskog pršuta), held this year in the city of Šibenik, Croatia. The event brought together producers, experts, authorities, and commercial entities committed to improving, protecting, and promoting Croatian ham, a product that represents an essential part of the country's culinary heritage.

Our participation in these sessions reaffirms Industries FAC's commitment to internationalization and to supporting initiatives that promote both technological innovation like the preservation of tradition in the food industry. During the meeting, experiences were shared, advances in quality and labeling were discussed, and an award was given for the best Croatian prosciutto of 2025.

In addition, we had the opportunity to exchange knowledge and continue to strengthen ties with the sector, offering our experience in customized solutions for the processing and packaging of cured meat products.
