WEIGHT GRADER MOD. C
The Model C weight grader is designed to perform continuous product classification according to weight, ensuring precision and efficiency in food processing lines.
The system can classify a wide range of products such as hams, shoulders, meat, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables, whether fresh, frozen or cured, with production capacities ranging from 800 to 1,500 pieces per hour.
The equipment integrates a dynamic weighing unit that records the weight of each item and sends this information to the classification system. Based on this data, pneumatic ejectors automatically divert each product to the corresponding outlet according to its weight category.
The different sections of the system operate with independent conveyor belts, ensuring a continuous and precise product flow. The equipment can be adapted to different discharge configurations using roller ramps, trays or other systems depending on the requirements of each installation.
