HYDRAULIC MANUAL DEMOULDING MACHINE MOD. SPM-H
The SPM-H hydraulic manual demoulding machine is designed to remove pressed hams and shoulders from their moulds quickly, safely and ergonomically.
Compatible with 900 mm and 500 mm moulds, the unit automates lid removal and product extraction by hydraulic operation, reducing operator effort and streamlining the process prior to packaging.
Once the products have been stabilised, they are placed into the demoulding machine. By pressing two pushbuttons simultaneously, one lateral hydraulic cylinder removes the mould lid while a second horizontal cylinder automatically extracts the product.
The SPM-H is also available in a multi-head automatic version for continuous production lines. In addition, the system automatically adapts to different mould formats, providing greater process flexibility.
