What will you find at our stand at Alimentaria FoodTech 2026?

From 6 to 8 October, Industries FAC will be exhibiting at Alimentaria FoodTech 2026, at Fira Barcelona – Gran Via.

This year's FoodTech will be a particularly special edition for us as we celebrate 40 years of developing solutions for the food industry.

For three days, our stand D380 will be a meeting point where you can discover our latest solutions, discuss new projects and learn how automation can help optimise different production processes.

Since our beginnings, dry-cured ham processing has been one of Industries FAC's main areas of expertise.

Today, we develop both stand-alone equipment and complete tailor-made lines, adapted to the characteristics of the product, production requirements and each customer's process.

At FoodTech, we will showcase different solutions for processes such as salting, post-salting, deboning and pressing, designed to automate operations, improve product uniformity and optimise the resources used throughout the process.

Optimising water and salt consumption is one of the areas we have focused on in recent years.

Our solutions automate different operations after salting, from desalting and washing to other product preparation processes, helping to reduce resource consumption while maintaining a uniform and controlled process.

Among these solutions is our low-water-consumption washing technology, capable of operating with less than 1.5 litres of water per piece under optimal conditions, when combined with a prior dry desalting process.

Pressing makes it possible to obtain egular and uniform formats, facilitating subsequent operations such as slicing and contributing to better product utilisation.

FAC develops one-, two- and three-dimensional pressing systems for cured and semi-frozen fresh meat products, adapting moulds and configurations to the formats required for each production process.

The possibility of quick mould changes without tools also provides the versatility to process different products and formats on the same installation.

One of the new solutions we will present at this edition of Alimentaria FoodTech is our automatic plastic mould loading and unloading system.

This automation integrates mould handling into the production process, reducing manual operations and taking a further step towards increasingly automated production lines.

Our presence at FoodTech goes beyond meat processing.

As distributors in Spain for several specialised manufacturers, we complement our own solutions with technologies for fish, poultry and fruit processing, thermal processing, vacuum packaging, and industrial hygiene and disinfection.

· PND, specialising in equipment for fresh and fresh-cut fruit processing, including peeling, cutting and coring.

· NIEROS, with equipment and solutions for industrial hygiene and disinfection.
