Industries FAC takes part in Tech Meat 2026 with a presentation focused on ham yield

On February 26th we participated in the first edition of Tech Meat, held in Plasencia and organized by Grupo Marfesa.
A professional event that brought together manufacturers and suppliers from the meat industry in a dynamic format aimed at sharing technical knowledge and generating new collaboration opportunities.
Industries FAC attended with one of our 1D pressing machines and took part in the session “From pressing to slicing: key factors to improve ham yield”, focused on the direct relationship between pressing and the subsequent efficiency of the product.
