Automatic cutter with multi longitudinal cut and multi transversal cut for ham, bacon and similar.

This equipment has been developed to achieve a uniform cut of cubes and to make the most of the hams, in a completely automatic and safe system for the operators.

The operation begins with the hams being placed on the automatic feed belt, which transports them to the loader. As they advance, the ham passes through a reading area that records its measurements and then makes the programmed cuts. First, the longitudinal cuts are made, followed by the transversal cuts, and finally the products are expelled through the outlet.
