PRESS FOR BONELESS HAM MOD. P-3

Second hand 3-head press designed for processing deboned cured hams and shoulders.

Its exclusive cyclic pressing and massaging system guarantees uniform compaction, providing a homogeneous presentation and finish. The machine stands out for its robustness and efficiency, making it ideal for adapting to different types of products without the need for additional tools.

Once boned, the ham is placed in the press mold. By simultaneously pressing two pushbuttons, the hydraulic operation activates the cylinder that moves the countermold. This compresses the ham in sequential cycles of pressure and stop, allowing uniform compaction by distributing the work of successive pressing throughout the piece. At the end of the process, a pneumatically driven cylinder ejects the product out of the mold.
