WING TO TULIP FORMING MACHINE MOD. ST820
The ST820 tulip forming machine adds value to your production by converting middle wings, whole wings and smaller thighs into tulip products. Using a mechanical memory system, the machine guides each piece through several processing stages. First, one end of the product is cut and the meat is partially pushed onto the bone. For middle wings, the smaller bone is removed and the meat is further shaped onto the bone. Finished products and trimmings are collected separately on the integrated conveyors. A key advantage of the ST820 is that it can process three pieces at the same time without any adjustments. It also requires no changeover for left- or right-hand products and is capable of processing wing tips attached to middle wings.
