The ST700TV fish skinner incorporates all the advantages of the ST700V(10) professional skinner. Thanks to its large skinning area, smooth cleaning roller and efficient roller system, the ST700TV produces industrial quality skinned fish. With the handles located on the sides, different skinning depths can be adjusted. The machine is easily disassembled for quick and easy cleaning, allowing the cutting blade to be replaced with a pulling blade, thus significantly improving performance. This versatility makes the ST700TV a multifunctional machine capable of processing various fish species in addition to skinning.

It can be used to carry out peeling on:

  • Whole flatfish
  • Deep and regular skinning of various fillets
  • Smoked, thawed and fresh fillets
  • Skate wings
  • Dogfish and comparables
  • Portions
  • Small, medium and large fillets
  • Squid, cuttlefish and octopus head
