The exclusive ST600VR automatic skinning and fin removal machine offers an unmatched yield for processing specific flatfish fillets, such as plaice. Its first unit removes the skin, while the second removes the fins. This unique design enables extremely precise adjustments with minimal pressure on the fillet, ensuring optimal results at exceptional processing speeds. The machine is commonly installed after a filleting machine in the production line and is available in single- or double-lane configurations depending on production requirements and desired output.

It can be used to skin fillets of specific sizes of:

  • Almost any type of flounder
  • Black halibut
  • Yellow tail
  • Lemon sole
