The ST600SV free standing fish skinner offers a large skinning area, a high speed roller and a roller cleaning system. These features give it unique and highly desirable properties in the fish processing industry. Thanks to its highly accurate and adjustable setting, the ST600SV becomes an essential tool for medium to large fish processing facilities. Its powerful motor allows it to process a variety of species, such as rays, tuna, dogfish and catfish.
