For larger fish with large scales, the rougher spindle head is recommended, while for fish with smaller scales, another type of spindle head should be used. The medium sized spindle head is ideal for alternating between fish with different sized scales or for those with intermediate sized scales. Mounting the de-scaling machine on the wall helps to extend its service life.
